This course can be taken immediately after completion of LCHP or IC or later in your learning journey. This experience will extend the mindset and skills of coaching individuals to the dynamic of coaching a team as an entity.

Observe a coaching conversation with observation and feedback

Learn, observe and/or receive feedback from a mentor coach credentialed as a Master Certified Coach (MCC)
