This section will provide immediate access to your Results Coaching Navigation System, the model of the RC program, the GPS, the Coaching Conversation Frame, the Difficult Conversation Frame, and David Rock's relationship and change tools, SCARF and TARP.
Conversation Frame
This frame offers a tool for having effective and efficient conversations while following the RC GPS. It speaks to the entry and exit of a coaching conversation delineating the kinds of coach moves to be expected.
Difficult Conversation Frame
Using this Conversation Frame designed specifically for holding difficult conversations will release anxieties and increase the potential for stronger results.
GPS Tool
Our GPS Tool is an overview of the four paths that can assist with the focus of a coaching conversation. Those paths include the attributes and the possible language stems to support the conversation.
Results Coaching Navigation System
A navigation system is defined as a tool that guides the reading and controls of the movement of a craft, or in our case, a coaching process. The visual image illustrates what coaching is and is not and how it is done well.
SCARF Tool
The SCARF model summarizes important discoveries from neuroscience about how people interact socially. The model is made up of five domains. Understanding that these domains are primary needs helps individuals and leaders better navigate the social world in the workplace (Rock, 2009b).
TARP Tool
TARP stands for Time, Attention, Repetition, and Positive Feedback, which neuroscience says is a must for accomplishing changes that you want to move into habits. Focus on what you want and then give it the time, attention, repetition, and positive feedback to develop the new habit.
