Instructors

In the Coaching Circles, coaches will be introduced to new or often-asked-about skills (e.g., how to interrupt, how to check in with the client, how to manage reactivity in coaching) that will increase the coaches’ execution with certain ICF coaching competencies. Participants will receive three CCEUs upon completion. This structured and safe environment will also provide coaches with the opportunity to ask questions and to receive support on their coaching development.

Study the core competencies with a focus on the big picture and integration of the Competencies and PCC markers

Observe a coaching conversation with observation and feedback

Learn, observe and/or receive feedback from a mentor coach credentialed as a Master Certified Coach (MCC)
