In the Coaching Circles, coaches will be introduced to new or often-asked-about skills (e.g., how to interrupt, how to check in with the client, how to manage reactivity in coaching) that will increase the coaches’ execution with certain ICF coaching competencies. Participants will receive three CCEUs upon completion. This structured and safe environment will also provide coaches with the opportunity to ask questions and to receive support on their coaching development.

To deepen the internalization and implementation of core competencies in coaching.

Study the core competencies with a focus on the big picture and integration of the Competencies and PCC markers

Observe a coaching conversation with observation and feedback

Learn, observe and/or receive feedback from a mentor coach credentialed as a Master Certified Coach (MCC)

This experience will strengthen and deepen the knowledge, skills and beliefs of any position responsible for supporting others, building relationships, and ultimately increasing performance results.

Coaching is transformative. It is a dynamic process that requires continuous reflection, revision, and reenergizing of one’s attitudes, knowledge, and skills. This course is an examination of one’s thinking about priorities, goals, and purpose. Five strategies are examined: creating possibilities, determining purpose, communicating powerfully, taking responsibility, and celebrating success.
